In our Chocolate Laboratory®, we supply aprons, chef hats and all the ingredients. We will share with you the techniques, tips and tricks of tempering of chocolate, melting, pouring and filling molds.
You will learn all about the origin’s of chocolate as well as how to identify and understand the different tastes chocolate can have.
Our professional Chocolatiers will teach you how to create your own masterpieces.
PRICE: CHF 69 for Adults and CHF 59 for kids
(4 -13 years old) and you get to eat as much chocolate as you like!Children under 4 are not permitted in the public workshops. A private workshop can be scheduled, which will give the instructor time to give the required attention to the participants.Under 8 must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket.

Duration
75 minutes
Please arrive 10 min before the start time of your workshop.
You will not be able to join the class after it has begun.
Your chocolates need to cool down for a minimum of 60 minutes after the workshop. Please plan your trip so you can come and pick up your gift wrapped chocolate bars 60 minutes after the end of the activity or anytime the next day.

Children Birthday Parties are available on EMAIL request.
Cost of a Birthday Party is 420 CHF for up to 8 children (5 – 13 years old).
Each additional child costs 49 CHF. (Max 12 participants)
There can be two adults assisting the children and taking photos.

Let us be part of your company day! We can lead events from 2 up to 60 participants on site in Interlaken and up to 500 pax in other locations. (Hotels, Restaurants, Outdoor locations, Conference Centers etc.) We also have experience working with local suppliers and can organize extra catering or additional activities for you.
