Questions and Answers

Do we need to make a RESERVATION to participate in a chocolate-making workshop?

Yes, a reservation is required. The easiest is to BOOK ONLINE.

Pick a date and time and pay online with your credit card.

Have your ticket in your smart phone or printed, and show up 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

We need to prepare the exact amount of material and tools for each person prior to the start of the workshop, so we do need to know the exact number of participants. If we do not offer the desired date and time in our booking system, please contact us and we can discuss the details.

In what LANGUAGE are the workshops held?

English.

We have a high number of travellers booking our chocolate-making workshops. This has led to English becoming the language of our workshops.

Don’t worry if your English isn’t perfect, as our classes are very visual! We demonstrate every step of the way so everyone can understand 🙂

How LONG is a chocolatiering experience?

The workshop takes 60 minutes.

Depending on your creativity and how many photos you want to take, allow 75 minutes for the whole experience.

How MUCH chocolate do we get to make?

You will make and take home around 400g of amazing, beautiful, unique-in-all-the-world chocolate bars.

Can CHILDREN participate?

Yes, kids love making chocolates!

Our workshops are universally popular with kids. Very young ones might need a steadying hand from a grown-up.

Even though we provide aprons and chef hats, the kids will probably be completely covered with a chocolate at the end. Do not worry, it looks great on the photos! 🙂

Every kid (4 – 14 years old) need to have their own seat reserved.

Kids aged 3 and under, accompanied by a paying adult, are welcome free of charge.

Do you use any un-pasteurized milk or dairy products in the workshops?

You can decide if you want to create milk chocolates or dark chocolates during the workshop.

If from some reason you cannot eat dairy products you can easily work with dark chocolate only, which contains no milk.

Do any of the chocolates made during the workshop contain EGGS, NUTS or any other MEAT products?

No, there are no eggs in our chocolates, or meat. We use nuts only for decoration at the end, but we can stay completely nut free if needed.
